To pass a warranty claim, please refer to the warranty regulations of the country of purchase and\/or the authorized distributor\/agent.<\/p>\n<p data-line-height=\"l\">For goods purchased on XION\u2019s website, please send us an email through our contact page. Proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims and is limited to the original customer. A repair or replacement of defective product(s) is the customer\u2019s sole and exclusive remedy.<\/p>\n<p data-line-height=\"l\">This warranty does not cover any damage to the product caused by an accident, misuse, failure to follow installation, operating and or care instructions, misapplication, alteration or (an attempt to) unauthorized repair by anyone other than XION\u00ae.
